Recipe changed. It used to be my fav ice cream and now it’s just terrible.

Hardly any dough any more. Does NOT look like the picture. Another favorite ruined. 😩

The cookie dough is not in the room with us. Mediocre vanilla with a few chocolate chips and a few bites of hard “dough.”

I never write reviews but this ice cream used to be the best! I’m so sad they changed it.

You guys seriously used to have the BEST cookie dough ice cream anywhere. But about 6 months ago, you changed the recipe and there’s hardly any cookie dough in it. I give up. I’ll be trying another source for ice cream.

The old ice cream was the best! It had cookie dough flavor, a ton of dough and chocolate chips. It is ruined now. Please bring the old recipe back!

What they heck did they do?! This used to be THE BEST cookie dough ice cream, loaded with the good stuff, super creamy, just overall delicious and no other major ice cream brands came close. They have definitely changed the recipe and not for the better. Now it’s harder, not creamy, yellower like French vanilla but not really the same flavor, doesn’t taste like before, and not as much cookie dough. Totally bummed, why do companies always mess with a good thing?!

absolutely disgusting. the old recipe was amazing. out true go to dor coolie dough, now it tastes spoiled i tossed out all 3 tubs we had. buy anything other than this.

The old cookie dough ice cream was my all time fave. I would make everyone do blind taste tests and we all agreed target was the best. I was fearful when it went out of stock but delighted to see it back but it’s not the same at all 😭 you took a simple joy from me.

This was a household favorite of ours until recently when it underwent some changes. Now there’s hardly any cookie dough in the ice cream! It’s like buying any other brand of cheap cookie dough. I’ll find something else that actually has enough cookie dough pieces to qualify it as cookie dough ice cream. You messed a good thing up, Favorite Day/Target. Disappointed.

You’ll be lucky to find 7 pieces of cookie dough in the entire tub. Plenty of bowls of plain vanilla ice cream - and not a good flavor or texture at that.

This was my all time favorite. As a longtime cookie dough ice cream lover, it WAS amazing. Plenty of cookie dough, flat chips that weren’t flakey, reliable. PLEASE CHANGE IT BACK TO THE PREVIOUS RECIPE I dont even care if it costs more. But having the old one for $3.69 and now it’s $4.49 and WORSE??? Literally so insulting. Please please please change it back and keep the price increase I guess if that’s what it takes. Used to be my favorite comfort treat 💔

The original recipe was AMAZING!! Nothing else compared to it, BUT this new recipe is meh. Super disappointed, this was my absolute favorite for years and recommend it to so many people. I think I’ll just buy another store brand since there’s lurking special about it now.
