Skip this Pillow

This pillow feels soft but I woke up with my ears numb multiple times. Its also sort of small for the standard size pillow. Shipped folded in the box like other shoppers stated, which for the price should be in a flat box. The return policy for this item because its sold by an outside source is very strict. Target wasn't able to return it and it hasn't even been 30 days yet. Really not worth it.

Great pillow, poor shipping packaging

I would have given this pillow a 5star, but the way they packaged it to ship folded it in half and smushed it in a box too small for it. This caused the filling to not be evenly spread out which it hasn't really recovered from. Aside from this, the pillow itself is great! It stays cool the entire night. I never have to repostion it beacuse it has holded onto body heat, unlike many pillows. It is soft and supportive. Most of all I love that it doesn't have polyester filling or other syntheatic filling. I love the natural materials in it. I just wish they would ship it in a box that actually fits it, especially for the price.
