Here are a few tips that may help improve the seal performance: Check the Lid Assembly: Make sure the lid is fully twisted on until it’s secure. It can sometimes feel tight before it's fully sealed. Clean the Seal Components Thoroughly: Residue from beverages, especially sticky or creamy drinks, can prevent the seal from working properly. Be sure to remove the lid’s interior mechanism for a deep clean. Many users are unaware that the underside of the lid flips open for easy access. Avoid Overfilling: Fill only to the fill line marked inside. Overfilling can cause pressure that might affect sealing. Inspect the Rubber Gasket: Ensure the silicone gasket (the rubber ring that creates the seal) is properly seated and undamaged. If it’s missing, loose, or warped, the mug will likely leak.
