A: Yes, but first test a small area using a cotton swab to see the results. Some frames could be coated with another material such as a protective sealant of lacquer to prevent tarnishing and this could interfere and react with our formula. You can also use our Silver Polishing Cloth or Jewelry Wipes to polish the frame.

I used the ladle to put my rings in, added a few drops of the product and lightly brushed them for about one minute until they began to sparkle like new. The scent is one to remember (fresh). [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like using this silver cleaner for my jewelry. I wear a silver jewelry stack daily. If I take off a piece for a while the jewelry always tends to look dirty. This cleaner helps to get my jewelry looking brand new again. I like this cleaning set in particular because it has a brush that gets into the grooves and helps to get it really clean & shiny. The packaging makes it easy to store and bring with me if needed. Most of the other cleaners I’ve used in the past I would soak the jewelry and it wouldn’t fully get the dirt from in the grooves of some of my pieces. The scent of the cleaner isn’t too bad for a silver cleaner it’s similar to other cleaners I’ve used before.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After opening the box I couldn’t really figure out what to do with the plastic strainer and cup. Basically it’s just a brush and some cleanser. The cleanser was hard to squeeze out. One of the instructions tells you to squeeze it onto the jewelry and the other tells you to squeeze it onto the brush. I squirted onto the brush and tried to clean my badly tarnished silver necklace. As you can see from the after photo it came out marginally better. Maybe if I scrub longer it would come out improved?
