it’s not the best, if you have a sensitive scalp or thin hair it might work for you but the bristles on it are too soft i feel like it doesn’t really exfoliate the way it should compared to other ones i’ve bought . i have thick hair and i could’ve done better with my fingers than this thing .

Mold started growing inside one of the bristles. I don’t understand why they put holes in the bristles if you cannot take it apart? I drained it properly every time, I would buy a solid bristle one next time.

The bristles are soft but firm enough to really stimulate the scalp without scratching. It feels super relaxing and has become part of my routine on wash days. Quality went way down
Quality has gone way down. On the left I have the same thing I bought two years ago that is intact and only has some yellowing (likely due to me storing it weirdly). On the right is one I bought a few months ago for my gym bag and have used half as often for a quarter of the time. The handle piece falls off easily. You can put it back in place, but it comes off if you use it at all. My old one has the piece sometimes go in, but it goes back in place easily and stays there. You can still kinda use it, but I had expected this to last more than a couple months, especially considering my other one has lasted two years and counting.

Can't use it. I have thick, coarse hair, and this thing can't move through my hair at all. It's thick and sturdy, but it just gets stuck in my hair. Super frustrating.

I use it every single time I wash my hair. The bristles do not hurt and I feel like it scrubs my scalp better than my fingers. I do not regret it and so glad I purchased it. /The string fell apart but honestly I'd rather replace it so it can hang properly and have more room for my hands to rest inside of it.
