Serving Confusion!

I have been using this product for 4 years. I believe it has been helpful for my hair. However, not having a scoop has been inconvenient, confusing, and frustrating! I wish I had saved my last scoop, but I didn't realize it was the last one I would get. I can't seem to find the answer on how many tablespoons is a serving as I have read both 3 and 4. I realize the weight to TBSPN conversion is a bit tricky. I just want a scoop, I don't have time for this nonsense. I am considering switching to a different brand at this point.
