Bought 2 less than 3.5 years ago, 1 already failed
I bought 2 of these less than 3.5 years ago to use in small, sealed rooms in my home. While they were working they did the job well but one of them has already failed which is seriously disappointing since these are solid state dehumidifiers and are supposed to last a long time....

Not functional.
I have had this item for about six weeks. It does not do anything. In six weeks, it has not collected any water. I assume it is a faulty device because the air isn't dry here.

It’s okay..
I got this dehumidifier for a 12x14 room. The humidity has been as high as 61% night and 56-58% during the day before I got this. Now it’s dropped down to about 57% at night and it’s got as low as 50% during the day. However I’m still unable to get the humidity under 50% and this is my third dehumidifier I’ve tried. I have asthma so I’m desperate at this point to find a dehumidifier that really works!! It’s very stylish and doesn’t get in the way however on high it’s a bit loud.

Great compact size
Nice compact humidifier for a home office or bedroom. Has 2 settings and a timer. Sleek design that blends in with any decor. Makes a pleasant white noise you can easily ignore. I’m using it for a basement bedroom I was to ensure is nice and dry. Relatively small tank so you’d have to empty a lot if you have a damp space. I haven’t used it long enough to know how hard it is to her clean hence the 4 stars.

Easy to use!
This is a great humidifer for a small room. It isnt loud at all, and you can definitely feel the difference in the air once you have this running. There is a timer and the option to use it on high or low. Keep in mind that this is for a small room, not your whole basement. Removing the water that is collected is very simple. I plan on keeping this in our laundry room.

Small, but Mighty
This is my first time using a dehumidifier, and I wasn't sure what to expect. I grew even more concerned when I took it out of the box and saw how small it was. Well, Looks are deceiving. This machine is small and lightweight, but powerful. My house is very humid. I used this in my living room for several days, and I notice a huge difference in the air quality than I do in my other rooms. I also appreciate how simple it is to use. Just remove it from the box, plug it in, and hit power. It has two modes: low & high, and a timer: 4hr and 8hr. My only minor complaint is the machine is very sensitive to touch. I went to check the water in the back, accidentally touching the top, and it turned off. Also, on high, it is rather loud. Not deafening loud, but I know it’s on. These are not deal-breakers, but just me being nitpicky.

Great for Florida Humidity
This dehumidifier is perfect for our sons bedroom. While we had to run the humidifier in the winter, it’s now summer here and this works great. Sometimes his room feels humid and this helps get it back to comfortable. I definitely recommend especially for a kids room. The size is perfect too!

Does the job!
I tried this dehumidifier for my small bathroom that we don’t have a vent for & it does a tremendous job of getting a lot of the moisture out of the room. We have gotten great use of this product as we have started to use it at least every other day. The unit is pretty quiet & easy to fill with water.

Great Product!
I love this Dehumidifier! It has been perfect for our upstairs bedroom and basement - both rooms have humidity issues. I love how much more comfortable this dehumidifier makes us for sleeping. It effectively rids the air of access moisture and allergens. I like that it is small and lightweight making it easy to transport to whichever room in the house I need. I really like the auto-shut off for when the tank becomes too full and that I can just easily empty it in order to continue use. It is also very quiet so my kids are able to fall asleep undisturbed. I really appreciate how easy it is to clean!

This dehumidifier is great. It's a small footprint, it's very efficient, and it is so quiet, unlike other dehumidifiers I have tried! It is easy to empty, and you can clearly see how much water is in the tank. I also love the 4hr and 8hr timer features so it isn't running 24/7.

I’ve used this little machine to help draw the humidity from my sewing room. This dehumidifier pulls a substantial bit of water from the air! I was pleasantly surprised how quickly it starts dripping into the holding tank!

Super quiet and efficient!
I have been running this dehumidifier for about a week now and it is really well designed! Right out of the box, the Crane dehumidifier was straightforward and easy to use. After plugging in, I pushed the power button and it is ready to go. It has 2 different speeds depending on how humid the room is. I set it on the high speed, it is now spring for us in Alaska and in our part of the state, it has been raining all week and the temperatures have been rising so the humidity level is high. The unit is so quiet, I almost forgot it was on. It really helped with reducing the humidity in our living room, which also helped cool the room a bit. The tank is easy to remove as well, I like the handle grooves which makes it easy to grip and not spill the collected water. I love this dehumidifier and I feel it really does a great job at reducing the "musty"-ness of our air.

Little strong dehumidifier
I have used this dehumidifier for a couple weeks now, and it works very well. After an hour in my sunroom (where I have many of plants and can get quite humid, causing some mold on the dirt), I had about a half cup of water in the water catch chamber. It runs quietly, and I like that it has a couple options for time (run for 4 hours, 8 hours or continuously). It also has an automatic turn-off feature if the water chamber fills up, which I have not had to use yet, but seems helpful if I forgot to turn off or it was in a particularly humid space. It’s compact and white, so blends in nicely in a room. Overall, I think its a useful dehumidifier for a small room.

Great dehumidifier
My husband always takes hot hot showers and steams up the bathroom. The shower steam started to warp our wooden cabinets, and our AC doesn’t work very well. But the dehumidifier helps keep the bathroom from getting steamy and wetting our wood. Cheaper to buy a dehumidifier than new cabinets!

I typically use a dehumidifier in my basement, which is a large space and don't have small to medium rooms that would benefit at this time from a humidifier so I don't find this size humidifier as beneficial to me. It is small and does collect the water, but would need to be emptied often for a large space.

Crane does it again.
I enjoyed this dehumidifier. I wasn’t sure of the benefits of a dehumidifier, but I got this one and begin to use it and found out that is helpful and eliminating dust particles in the air. I don’t live in a super humid area, but it has been rather helpful when it does get muggy in the house. It’s quiet and very easy to use.
