Beware!
I ordered theses shoes through the Target site for my daughter’s birthday - she lives out of state so I ordered them a couple of weeks in advance to ensure they would arrive in time. They were too small for her but by the time I was able to get them back from her I was just a couple of days past the 30 day return window - which is based on the order date. It is shorter than Target’s own 90 day return policy. Should I have noticed the fine print of the shorter return window for this company? Yes. But Target’s 90 day policy is plastered prominently all over their site - the site I used to buy the shoes. These shoes had been out of the box for less than a minute and Comfortview offered ZERO flexibility to return them - even though they STILL actively sell these same shoes (not clearance and still available in all sizes) at exactly the same price. I would have been glad to pay shipping costs and accept even a partial refund. Simply being told “that’s our policy” was very frustrating along with being stuck with a pair of shoes that don’t fit. Be careful about buying from a company other than Target when buying through the Target site. I will not buy from this partner company in the future. I would also urge Target to partner with companies whose return policies align with their own since customers are using the Target site for purchases.
