Collections Etc Solar Powered Color-Changing Hanging Wind Spinner Silver

This item is advertised as a solar powered "wind spinner". While the light is pretty as it changes colors, it cannot "spin" as it has no swivel mechanism between the light unit and the connecting hanging chain. Therefore, when a breeze blows, it just ineffectively swings back and forth. It does not, and cannot, spin.

The solar sphere in the center is wrapped in bubble wrap and trapped inside the sharp blades. While taking the bubble wrap off one of the blades sliced my finger wide open. Also, the instructions said not for use in heavy winds and rain. Really?? It is a solar wind spinner. Why would you design a wind spinner not for use in wind? And why would you design a solar product that doesn't withstand rain? I am so unhappy with this purchase.

Cheap, lightweight and plastic. Waste of money. Slightest wind damages it.

I really like the item but it is a little smaller than I expected. Would buy it again tho
