I don't know if I feel comfortable with Collections anymore.

I ordered this jacket approximately a month ago. The fiasco I've had to go through to return it and get a different size is unbelievable. I have some items I'd like to order from Collections because before this I've had good luck with them. I'm not sure I want to deal with them again.

I don't know if I feel comfortable with Collections anymore.

I ordered this jacket (large) for my husband. It was too small (my fault). I sent it back requesting an XL but a day later I received the large back again. There is no paperwork enclosed so I have no address or receipt to send it back. This is the first time I've had trouble with Collections. What is my next move?
