It works
I bought this as a camp shelter because it seemed easier to set up than most canopies and for the bug screens. I like that it doesn't have side lines which I would trip over and no floor to clean. It is not waterproof so I put a tarp over the top to keep out the rain. Lightweight and easy enough to set up for one person.

Poor Construction
The screen house is poorly constructed. All of my old Coleman gear is in good shape. I have used the screen house camping for 3 nights and hooks that hold up corners ripped from the fabric. Just disappointed I guess why the 10x10 is discounted so much.

Great outdoor home office
I've been using this tent as my trusted outdoor home office for several years (when weather permits), and it has been great - easy set-up (after I got the hang of it), spacious enough for 2 lightweight tables(for desks), comfortable. It's been a more or less permanent fixture on our laundry place for long periods of time. Unfortunately I forgot to take it down before Yesterday's storm, where it finally kicked the bucket, so I am on the look out for its replacement - same dimensions, same price level, not necessarily same colours, no floor - but struggling to find it, as the ones I can find now have floors

One person assembly
Just set up for the first time. It is very easy to set up with one person, however, after the legs are extended it is difficult to move alone. I recommend lining up the center with exactly where you want the final position to be. Otherwise two people could very easily rotate or reposition it before staking down.

Broken hub
Works well until the top hub broke. Would be nice if Coleman provided model files so that broken pieces could be printed to fix their products.

This thing is awesome!!
This canopy is massive. Spent a few days in Uwharrie National Forest and the setup was a breeze - insanely fast. Held a table, my camping chair, and a portable hammock inside comfortably. Taking it down was just as simple. I love this thing.
