A: Thank you for asking. You'll use Moisture Surge Active Glow Serum morning and night on clean skin. Start with 3 drops, adding more if preferred. Be sure to use sunscreen and limit sun exposure while using and the week after.

Love it!
I had been reluctant to try a serum due to my tendency to break out…but decided to try this one. I use Moisture Surge moisturizer so thought this one would be the safest to try. So happy I did! My skin feels smoother and calmer and any small breakouts I had have disappeared.

My New Serum
The serum I have used for years no longer exist so I had to shop for a new one. I tried the drug store brands and HATED how they feel. I don't recall how I heard about this serum but I gave it a try. I LOVE HOW IT FEELS ON MY SKIN. I use it under my eyes. I have to say this with the Moisturizer DOES make my skin look brighter.

This was my first time buying this product with some reviews wasn’t good but there were more good then bad but I can say this will be a product I will purchase as long as I can get my hands on it !!! My face is very dry and I only use very little and my face soaks it in leaving my face very nice and not tacky then I do let my face take it in then I apply Clinique moisturizer !!!

Glowing skin!
I have been using this for about a week, and the difference in my skin has been incredible. Paired with dramatically different moisturizer and the effect is smooth, glowing skin. I've tried many serums and this is a favorite by far. It does go on tacky at first, but layered with moisturizer it melts into my skin.

Easy to use
I didn't want to add another step to skincare but my skin became so dry as the weather got cold. This product is easy to use with the dropper and allows the skin to become smooth and hydrated when followed with moisturizer. In a couple of days my skin turned around. I'll keep using it through the winter and hope the good results continue.

Hydrating and skin sensitive friendly
[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] This serum is fantastic! First of all I love that it is fragrance free. My skin is super sensitive so it's important to me that my skincare products are sensitive skin friendly. I also love the way this makes my skin feel so hydrated after each use. I like to apply it before my makeup so that my skin is nice and hydrated before applying products. Definitely would recommend!

I love moisture surge, especially after a peel or exfoliation. I also use it to apply foundation smoothly by mixing the two to apply. This added serum reduces the need for a separate serum, so I really love having this product.

Helps with dryness
If you have oily skin that gets flaky in winter or dry this helps alot! And no breakouts. Dont put near your eyes bc it does melt and goes into eyes and really burns. I usually put cheeks below but really hydrates!

Too strong for me
I used it once earlier this week and the next morning my skin was super stinging. I haven't used it since and my skin is peeling in places. I've been smearing moisture surge all over my face to ease the dryness. While I can see the benefits of it for someone with less mature skin than I, it's like retinol times ten for me.

Pills A LOT!
This product pills a lot on my face and neck, even when i only use the other moisture surge products for face prep. The product pills on its own even without the application of makeup. When applying makeup over it you must work quick which is a negative for me as i isually do my eyes first and i find that repeat application of the moisturizer is deleterious. Would highly recommend something else especially if you have combination or oily skin.

Good for my very sensitive skin
My 56 year old skin is sensitive; no retinoids, retinols, or high percentage vitamin c. They all make me itch, peel and sometimes swell. The lactic acid in this product I can tolerate, and the glycerin is quite nice. It feels a bit tacky until it dries, but I wake up in the morning with smoother, softer skin. I have to take a break every 4th night, and use moisturizer only. It is not fading my dark spots much, but it has helped with smoothing the texture of my skin. Also, as serums go, it is not tremendously overpriced, and I appreciate that. I will repurchase.

More transpercy is needed regarding vitamin C
I got this bottle not via promotion like so many seem to have who have written reviews, I am an actual customer who paid for it. First off I really do enjoy the overall look of the product however looks only mean so much, quality of the product is what matters. I found the serum was very milky and smooth and it did make my skin look more hydrated. I did get a few deep pimples on my chin the first week of use , not sure if it was from this serum or not. The serum layered nicely with other products and sun screen. There was no pilling which is huge for me because I hate pilling. I had that issue with Clinique's super charged hydrating serum so was relieved this serum didn't have that problem. All in all a decent serum if you are looking for something that hydrates nicely and plays well with other products. My issue though and why I only give three stars is Clinique's complete lack of transparency when it comes to vitamin C. For vitamin C to be effective you want at least 10 percent. Also 15 -20 percent can be hard for people with sensitive skin to handle. They claim their secretiveness as far as percentage is due to "proprietary reasons". I don't get that because there are plenty of serums on the market that reveal their vitamin C percentage. Just seems deceitful to me, as if there isn't really all that much in the serum. Due to that I feel like I cant really discontinue the Vitamin C serum I am using as I know that has sufficient amount for effectiveness.For that reason I am on the fence of reordering this.

Worst Product
I was very excited to try the Moisture Surge Active Glow Serum since I found other Moisture Surge products to be effective. Given the product name, I expected it to give the same plump but with an added "glow". It had absolutely NO impact on my skin. None. Totally INEFFECTIVE. I would not recommend to purchase.
