Born on a 175-mile bike ride, CLIF BAR energy bars are purposefully crafted with a mix of protein, fat, and carbohydrates to help sustain active bodies before and during long-lasting activity. It was ok!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This bar was ok! I have tried other cliff bars before and loved them but this one was relatively bland. The packaging is cute, and I was full afterwards but not sure I would continue to purchase.
