It is very refreshing and It mixed well and the consistency was great! There was no after taste. I did not experience any bloating or gas in my stomach. This going to be my go to beverage post work out.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really enjoy the flavor! It's not gritty and doesn't have a weird aftertaste. I like it HOWEVER, it does make me gassy!! So I have to be careful that I don't have meetings when I drink this. I have to take 3 minimum Gas-X to help with that.
