Quality is approved- nice, firm and comfortable

But the only thing it’s too big I gotta find a way to put it somewhere else. Or get a new chair for it. But overall love it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the absolute best outdoor seat cushion I have ever had! Wow it’s as you can see thick, but comfortable not stiff. I love the cover, which of course can be taken off to wash. The cover color is amazing zipper is perfect. Seriously I’m so very happy with this Amazing cushion and want to Thank Influenster and Montlake for giving me this as a gift to review with my honest feedback. 100 percent fantastic recommend 100 percent!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall pretty great cushion. It is soft, thick fabric, it fits really well together, and is your normal standard cushion. I do feel the fabric is a bit rough, but it’s easily overlooked considering how sturdy it feels!

Amazing product- horrible website

Your product is great but your company website and touch points fails in comparison to sites like Wayfair. If you want to stay in business your engine needs to improve. Even this survey was directed to me was for an item I didn’t purchase. I directed a friend to your site and she cancelled the purchase out of frustration. In this environment you will fail if you don’t get your act together. You need a focus group or contact with your shoppers to guarantee your success. The website search engines and hot spots are horrible. Do you realize how often the cart is deleted when updates are selected? You have no idea how many customers you lose to frustration. You are fortunate I am a Montflake fan. Call me if you want to know your shortcomings. I want you guys to win. Your product is amazing.
