Broken item and terrible customer service

Recliner mechanism was completely defective, did not work at all. Unfortunately, the box was not in good condition and the chair was already assembled by the time we identified that the recliner was broken. Target would no do a partial refund and customer service was extremely unhelpful so ended up having to lug the chair to the store to return. Awful experience and will not be ordering large items from Target in the future.
