Q: Is the light inside the star suppose to stay vertical and centered in the star? Mine is not. And as a result, the light gets stuck on the holes as the star rotates and makes noise. Is there any way to fix this?

Q: Can the colored lights somehow be turned off so that only the warm white lights are displayed?
A: No unfortantly we are all stuck with the ugly rainbow disco ball! Were returning ours.

Q: Its says on the box ... 48 multicolor fading and 8 steady... How can i choose the steady color? The fading starts when we plug and them get steady in a rainbow colors.

Q: Is the light strand inside the star suppose to stay centered in the star? Mine is not and as a result, the LED light strand gets stuck on the holes as the star rotates and it makes an annoying noise.

Q: Why is the cord so short? Is it supposed to plu into the light strand?
A: Hi guest - Thank you for the inquiry. That is correct; the design expectation is that the topper will sit directly at the top of your tree, and the cord will plug into the existing tree-light strand (near the top) or into a nearby outlet. Hope this helps! - Kris
