Poor quality
This does not "hold" napkins. It is not designed well enough to keep napkins straight up. The paint job is quite poor and is messed up in several places. I have ordered this item a few times and none came out well.

Cute but needs to be redesigned
I’m returning this napkin holder. Everything flops over so I have to fold every napkin in half to have it sit properly. I’m not wasting my time folding napkins to refill multiple times a week. I bought it on sale and because it was cheap. I’d rather pay more for a more functional product.
