The dry down on this fragrance becomes a very light skin scent, but the opening is very bright. this perfume is a very light airy musky floral fragrance without it being to in your face. perfect for someone who just wants to dip their toes into a floral fragrance.

So lucky to have been given a sample of this and it is absolutely stunning. The floral scent is so luxurious and long lasting. The gorgeous simple packaging makes the fragrance stand out so much more. Definitely one of my new faves!!

Magnolia alba sample is the perfect size to put in a clutch or even yet your wallet for on the go touch ups. Reminds me of a fresh beginning right before springs starts. Has a nice soft smell of fresh flowers with a touch of lemon. Doesn’t smell overbearing at all. I love the fact that it goes on soft and lasts even longer through out my day. As the day goes on it blends with your chemistry making it last where you don’t even need to freshen up. I just always love reapplying for my own self not taking other peoples noses into consideration. Perfect addition to your perfume collection.

It doesn’t have many notes it in, the main and top note being magnolia alba with a hint of citrus underneath, but in its simplicity it is beautiful. It starts off strong, so if this isn’t your preference I would look at other perfumes. Yet it fades evenly but never disappears throughout the day. It is a fresh scent that works well throughout the year, though I see myself reaching for it most in the spring. Overall I really like this and would recommend it!

I'm not generally a floral girl, but I seem to have discovered a perfume that is an exception to that rule. Chloé Atelier des Fleurs Magnolia Alba is a light and uplifting . It is floral, for sure, but not in a cloying or heavy way. It isn't 'perfumey'. I actually think of it as more of a water scent--clean and slightly sweet. It isn't my usual scent and it won't be my signature, but I definitely enjoy wearing it. I've gotten many compliments, too. Lovely stuff!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Chloe Atelier des Fleurs Magnolia Alba starts out with a rich magnolia scent that on me seems a little smoky upon applying, even though I can't identify a specific scent or wood note that causes the initial smokiness. The fragrance is mature, sophisticated, and sultry. After it dries down a bit it has a more soapy scent which smells a bit like santal while still maintaining the magnolia scent that it is named for. This fragrance is meant to be a layering fragrance and I am reviewing it alone so that may really affect it's overall effect. Honestly, I want to tell everyone that I liked this more each time I wore it and now I can see why the reviews are so solid and I appreciate Influenster providing a sample in exchange for my honest review. I enjoy the dry down more than the open scent and it is very approachable and pleasant. It wears for a long time (9 hours), for me with a very light application (only a drop on each wrist). Chloe Atelier des Fleurs Magnolia Alba is unique and intriguing and I think it's worth it. I recommend trying it with or without layering an additional fragrance.
