I order the Woodland 4-in-1

I order the Woodland 4-in-1 Convertible Crib, and ordered the Toddler Guard Rail, and the Full-Size Bed Rails Dec 10th, 2025 – paid over $600. 00. When we received the shipment on Dec 19th, the main headboard was defective with blue paint. I wrote to customer service to either replace the headboard or send us, at least touchup paint so that we can cover the blue paint. It is now 18 days and still, no answer. Baby is on the way. Unacceptable.
