Q: Hello, can this be mixed in with my regular hot coffee? I know it already has espresso in it and really want my hot coffee in the am. Not sure how it would taste if I added to hot/boiling water.

A: We do have customers that drink Chike hot! We recommend mixing it with cold water/milk first, then slowly warm it up to your liking. Whey protein isolate will clump and not mix well with direct hot water! Hope this helps!

Seriously impressed with Chike.
I cannot believe how delicious this is. It checks all the boxes: smooth, flavorful, low sugar... And mocha! I started using Chike as part of a better-health goal for more protein and weight management. I can already see that with a healthy whole-grain breakfast and Chike, I feel fuller longer, and it's satisfying so I don't reach for sugary things during the workday. It gives me my morning coffee and so much more. Oh -- and did I mention it's delicious?!? Bye-bye, expensive sugary drive-thru drinks!

Breakfast of Champs
This is my first subscription order, but I have been buying Chike weekly at my grocery store for over 2 years now. It is my DAILY breakfast (8oz chocolate milk, 2 scoops of Chike, some fresh spinach, and 8 oz of frozen blueberries blended together). I haven't anything as smooth and tasty.

Mocha is absolutely disgusting
I love chike but this flavor is absolutely disgusting. There was no way for me to make this taste good. The smell alone of the mocha flavor makes me want to vomit. The other flavors I have tried i will continue to buy. Never mocha. Devastated I have a full package I have to throw away. What a waste.
