Soooo comfy but firm enough for bad back
cradles the body but also has a medium firmness just below it that supports the back. have always leaned towards a softer bed for hip comfort and I can say I am so happy with this mattresses because I get the back support from the medium firmness without the hip pain.

Comfortable.
I do think it is firm instead of medium, not a deal breaker but I prefer a softer bed since I am a side/stomach sleeper. It did arrive 4 days sooner than expected.
