Unhappy with the fabric

I didn't notice these solid nightshirts are rayon, a fabric that absorbs and holds sweat instead of allowing it to evaporate. Who wants to wake up in the middle of the night soaking wet? The striped nightshirts above are cotton/polyester and much more comfortable. Lesson learned.

Cooling fabric with enough coverage

This is my favorite thing to sleep in. It’s a stretchy rayon fabric, which I prefer because I always get warm when I sleep. Rayon doesn’t hold onto moisture so it doesn’t get sweaty like cotton. I also like that it’s longer than a lot of nightgowns without being floor length. It doesn’t get trip my while I’m walking, but it also doesn’t ride up if I sit up or roll over in bed. Mine has held up nicely over repeated washings. My only complaint is that it’s not supposed to go in the dryer, but I think that’s just how it is with this kind of fabric. Worth it in my opinion!
