A: A grill is characterized by group of small marks in parallel rows which sear the food cooked in this pattern. An indoor grill will produce a different flavor from an outdoor charcoal grill in the same way that cooking in a pan over an induction stove will produce a different flavor than cooking in a pan over a fire. This is my second Chefman indoor grill; the previous one I had no longer worked. I like the looks of this one; seems to be much sturdier and easier to clean than my old one. Hoping this one lasts longer.

I’ve cooked on my smokeless indoor grill once and so far I loved it ? I live in a condo and really missed grilled veggies and they were delicious and so was my chicken and the clean up was easy peasy ??

This site stinks
cooked a hamburger and 2 hotdogs as a test, did ok. Toasted some buns, they smoked quite a bit… I bet if you cook anything with sauce you would get a good amount of smoke… By the way, you struggle getting the model number in your warranty site…
