Damaged upon arrival

It arrived damaged. & they expect you to package and return it. It's so big and heavy that it's a hassle and makes me just want to keep it. It also doesn't help that my son is due any day now and this was a necessity for his nursery. Don't buy this item.

Horrible quality furnature DONT BUY

Horrible purchase , came with broken pieces , the screws didn’t tighten right and cheaply made . The box also came damaged . Should have trusted the other reviews .

Garbage

Awful, cheap dresser. The instructions to build this thing are terrible and the material that holds this together is so cheap. When I was building it, several of the screws fell out of the material creating a hole and making it impossible to build. Please just buy something nicer and that is more straightforward to construct.

Poor quality handles, Not helpful company

Handles felt cheap, one was broken and the company refused to send a replacement one. Only way I could get another handle was if I disassembled the dresser that took FOUR hours to build, return it, then get a new dresser that I would have to assemble again. I am 8 months pregnant so disassembling, returning, and assembling another whole dresser is not an option. The dresser drawers also did not fit correctly and needed a lot of extra work to get them to sit correctly.
