A shared favorite!
I switch between this and a non-stick for certain foods, but matter how much oil or butter I use, things still stick. At least it cleans up shiny again with some scrubbing.

Scrambled eggs stick horribly, and cleaning is a nightmare. Half the eggs end up glued to the pan!

Bottom warped and walls are low.
Bottom warped after a few uses. A -ply stainless pan should stay flat, just like my Mauviel pan does. I use both under the same conditions, so this one is a letdown. At least it's made in the USA.

Easy to use once you get the hang of it!
Followed all the instructions, but these pans are hit or miss. Sometimes they work perfectly, sometimes they glue food to the surface. Don't waste your cash!
Usually cook with cast iron, so I had high hopes for this. Even after following all the instructions, everything sticks and burns. easy to clean, and even steel wool won't remove the discoloration.

Love this pan!
My husband got me aMade Inpan for Christmas, and I fell in love. We decided to move away from non-stick, and this was a great switch. It heats up fast, so you need to be careful with oil and heat levels, but once you get used to it, it's amazing. Been using it almost daily for 9 months, and it still looks new. Easy to clean with steel wool pads. Highly recommend,especially if you don't want chemicals in your food!
