A: This is not a scrub. It comes out looking like water. It does leave a fresh, clean feeling.

Really great cleanser, really effective yet gentle on extremely sensitive skin. And fragrance free! However, my gripe with it is that it is extremely watery. Usually not a problem or big deal. However, it comes with an open/close cap at the bottom. It really should either be more viscous or remain liquid-y but in a pump situation. Great cleanser, leaves my sensitive, acne-prone, oily skin feeling deeply clean without feeling stripped of moisture

Brighter than the sun cleanser
The cleanser has really helped with brightening my skin. The smell is not fragrancy because of its clean and effective ingredients that penetrate my pores into giving my healthier looking skin. I think I really noticed a difference about a couple weeks after I started using the product. It comes out really runny so be careful about spillage. 5 stars from me!

I have been using this facial cleanser for over 4 months now and I have grown to like this product so much. It is gentle on my skin, I have less breakouts and there is no irritation. What I also like is that fact that there are tiny exfoliating beads in the soap that doesn’t feel coarse on my skin. There is no scent and I got it reasonably priced while it was on sale. *** I do use the serum and moisturizing cream as well and it helps my skin so much more compared to prescription creams and soaps.

Allergenic ingredients
I like the Cetaphil Extra Gentle Daily Scrub, but wanted to try the PHA for improving skin texture. However, I had an allergic reaction to the Healthy Radiance Gentle PHA Exfoliating Cleanser after one single use. It is 24 hours later and my skin is still inflamed and itching. I compared the ingredients between the two formulas, and I'm not sure if it is the PHA (gluconolactone) itself or all the plant extracts in the Healthy Radiance formula that is allergenic.

Vacation insecurity
My face was looking pretty clear and on the mend for a bit, then I decided to use the exfoliator once in the shower and my face had gradually worsened over the next few days and now in absolute pain. Last night, I double cleansed with La Roche’s cleanser specific for sensitive dry skin, and the rest of my skincare routine, with barely relief. Aquaphor had to be applied overnight. I’m so upset about it since my goal was to clear up my skin for my upcoming vacation..

Gentle and effective
I love using this cleanser . I struggle with hyperpigmentation post acne flair up and I noticed using this consistently my dark spots have cleared up. The textures is more on the watery side compared to most face washes I used . I did not have any irritation or sensitivity while using the products . It doesn’t have a chemical smell which is nice . Overall I love it .

Runny, Dry skin, and acne breakouts
I was looking for a dupe of a neutrogena cleanser that was discontinued, and like this one, this cleanser had PHA as its active ingredient. I didn’t know what a runny cleanser would feel like, but now I unfortunately do. I could be standing still in the shower away from the water, and within 5 seconds the light foam will still find its way to my eyes (burning) and my mouth (gross taste). Whereas other cleansers sit ob my face and let me move around. Right after I turn the water off, my face feels very dry. Despite all this, im now getting acne again when it used to be controlled. Its been about a month now. I don’t recommend this PHA or the Salicylic acid cleanser.
