Nope. What Happened to Cetaphil?
Nope. Cetaphil has changed the formula. I don't know what they did. But instead of nourishing and healing my sensitive skin, this now UN-gentle cleanser irritates my skin, doesn't clean as effectively, and leaves my skin dry. I returned it. People with sensitive skin, which this allegedly is good for, depend on consistency. Cetaphil's rep for quality products was a high bar to attain. This is the second product from them that I used to buy that now completely irritates my skin. I have several friends who said the same thing and have also discontinued using Cetaphil products.

Scent is not there there is literally no fragrance which is a big yes to sensitive skin i love it there is no redness or dryness, irritation at all literally none of it,cleanliness it washes almost everything off except sunscreen,rinsing it off is really easy too it gets off without struggle

Formula Change, Not Good
Formula has changed, not for the better. I used to love the Gentle Skin Cleanser. It left my skin clean and hydrated with no irritation. Now, my skin is irritated and red. I've tried other facial products that are now no longer as effective as they were a few years ago. I'm going to walk away from Cetaphil products. They are no longer consistent with the efficacy and QC.

Do not use - terrible formula
DO NOT USE: this has highly irritating ingredients. Used this for a week and my skin would feel red/itchy after the shower. I thought I just had the water in too hot, until I started breaking out as well. My skin texture also became very rough). I read online that this is common and after cetaphil changed its formula. (google cetaphil rash). Also highly suspect that ingredients are not clearly listed (and this site makes it unable to zoom into photo of ingredients). Watch out for sodium benzoate and the Coco middle profile betane.

This is a great cleanser! I love Cetaphil products in general but this has a nice feeling. It’s a lot of product for a great price, it leaves your skin feeling clean and fresh for the whole day and lathers nicely. It rinses quick and easy.

Insanely gentle! The package with the pump makes it very easy and quick to use, especially during the mornings I run late. It cleans the skin the best on the second use. So if you are used to cleansing your face once, get ready to clean your face twice with this product. Nevertheless, the results were awesome.

Basic but so good!
I have tried these since high school and I just graduated college. Whenever I feel like my skin is irritated I go back to the basics. These products have no scent and it gets the job done. The moisturizer works well for my oily skin and the cleanser doesn’t dry me out. The packaging is a good size and it’s perfect to have on hand.

Gentle ana Effective to Reduce Acne
When, I was suffering with acne this this the only cleanser that I used to help me get rid of having acne. It's mild and it didn't irritate me skin. It didn't dry out my skin either which is great. I love the price point on this cleanser as well because I have spent a lot of money on cleansers that only cause my skin to breakout but this didn't.

Rehydrates skin and makes soft

Cetaphil Gentle Skin Cleanser is my go-to face wash. It’s gentle on my sensitive skin. This skin cleanser also works really well to wash away my make up. It rinses well. This cleanser absorbs nicely into my skin helping with dryness. I would 100% recommend this cleanser!
