A: No. the pump lids are not interchangeable although I can't be more specific because I tossed the old one. If the cream jar doesn't fit the pump lid, dump the contents and keep using the same jar.

I’ve been using CeraVe Moisturizing Cream daily and I absolutely love how rich yet lightweight it feels. It absorbs quickly without leaving a greasy residue and keeps my skin hydrated all day. I have sensitive skin, and this cream doesn’t cause breakouts or irritation at all. The texture is smooth and creamy, and it works great for both face and body. Unlocking the Pump
The moisturizer is great without a doubt (very helpful in the winter) but the unlocking the new pump (purchased in mid Dec 2025) with absolutely no instructions is a hassle (and a learning experience). Make sure the lid is on tight, hold the lid in place with one hand and press down and turn the pump counter-clockwise for at least 1 and 1/2 full rotations. The pumped is locked by screwing it down and it has a plastic tab holding in place (to prevent accidental twisting). So you have to forcefully twist/turn the pump counter-clockwise to break the tab that is holding it in place and then continue turning it until the pump pops up.

Best Product For My Sensitive Skin
This is the only moisturizer that is safe and effective for my ultra sensitive skin. It has long lasting results, is fragrance free, is hypoallergenic and doesn't contain any tree nut oils, specifically sunflower oil, or essential oils. The formula is rich, thick and nourishing. Due to the ceramides in this formula I'll only purchase this with the pump as it keeps the formulation's integrity and doesn't break down the ceramides when exposed to air. I've never had a problem with the pump. The thickness and viscosity may take extra pumping when the jar is almost empty. I remedy that by slightly tilting the jar forward on the side of the straw and pump resulting in no interruption in dispensing the product.

The only moisturizer I use for my body. It’s unscented, very moisturizing. Not greasy. It works wonderfully to keep my skin soft. This works great for a lot people as a face moisturizer, Unfortunately it doesn’t work on my face. It makes my face itchy, breaks me out. But I will continue to purchase for my body it’s a must!

I like cream
I’ve been using the CeraVe Moisturizing Cream for a while now, mostly on my face and body where my skin gets really dry. What I love about it is how instantly it makes my skin feel soft and hydrated. That tight, dry feeling just disappears after I apply it. It doesn’t have a strong scent, which I actually prefer — it feels clean and simple.

Faulty dispenser pump

My skin has become noticeably softer and less flaky. The packaging is convenient, and the application is simple. I recommend it for dry and normal skin. I also like to mix this cream with aloe juice and use it as a face mask. The cream is odorless and moisturizes well all day long. The packaging is hygienic and easy to carry in your bag.

This moisturizing cream is my absolute favourite! It’s honestly the best one I’ve ever used. It really helps restore my dry skin during the cold months and keeps my hands soft, even when I work around the home without gloves. The ingredients feel very natural, doesn’t feel chemicals.
