I believe the wrong color was in the bottle. I have naturally dark blond hair that is highlighted to a light blonde. I watched multiple videos with how this should have looked on my hair. The color is supposed to be “light brown” per the bottle. However, it turned my hair purplish grey/ dark grey. It is even more “grey” in person than the photo. This is in line with what I saw the “tahitian pearl” color might do to blonde hair as that color is purplish to reduce reds in brown hair. I really think the wrong color product was in the bottle. Very unhappy with the grey streak now in my hair, but hoping it will fade. I tried a test strip of the “brown diamond” color as well, which I had seen in a video would turn my blonde hair a copper type color and that was super accurate, producing the copper color. So again, I think I received the wrong product and not the “cocoa quartz light brown” I was expecting. Very disappointed. It DOES color hair(at least lightened/blonde hair, so I think it is a good product and giving 2 stars, but in my case it was just was the wrong color.
