Best Curl Creme around!
Absolutely love this product. It took me a long time to love my curls again and this product helped me love my curls. It gives definintion and shine without leaving them crunchy or frizzy. I've used other products in the past from other brands and this is hands down the best. I would highly recommend this product to anyone with curly hair.

I used this for the first time last night with just some detangling cream beforehand. Omggggg. I swear this stuff makes my hair more curly! My hair stayed frizz free all night too! Love it! Sooo happy I found this

Heavy, greasy, waxy.
Let me start off by saying that I don't have textured hair. My hair is 2b, low porosity, thick venezuelan hair. This is the cream that made me realize my hair is protein-sensitive and does not like oil. At first, it seemed to absorb pretty quickly and effortlessly into my hair. But after it dried, it looked AND felt like there was a layer of wax on my hair. My hair looked greasy and clumpy. This product is too heavy for my hair, but if you have textured hair/coily hair, this would probably work amazingly for you. My niece is two years old with textured, kinky hair. I initially picked this cream up for her since she's been itching her head lately due to it being so dry. This works great for her hair! It brings out her curls and her hair isn't so dry anymore. The rest is definitely for her. The smell is also a plus. It has a nice fresh coconut scent to it which lingers around your body. People have asked which perfume i've been wearing when it's literally just this. It's slightly strong imo but not headache inducing.

Too much flaking!
I bought this product about a month ago and was anxious to try it because I love other Carols Daughter products. Unfortunately, I had so much flaking that I don't want to use it again. It did aid the shaping but the flaking was so much that it's not worth using. I do love the smell. To me, flaking means drying! Please try to make improvements to the product.

Not what I hoped for
My hair is curly. I've been using your products for years. My hair was soft but had no body. It made my hair dry and dull looking. I am so sorry I brought 2 jars.

SO DISAPPOINTED!!!
I tried this product and I was blown away by the definition of my curls! I was so impressed that I immediately got back online and ordered two more jars thinking this is going to be my new staple product for wash and go's. Fast forward about 3 hours and my hair is SNOWING - flakes on top of flakes EVERYWHERE!!! I should've waited, now I have to pay for return shipping because I refuse to finish the first jar let alone even open the two I just hastily ordered SMH.

smells & feels good but leaves white flakes
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I loved the product at first. Makes my hair soft and shiny but I went to comb my hair and all these white flakes came out. Washed my hair again and just put the carols daughter in and later still had the white flakes. So disappointed

good product for light hold

If you like something with a lighter hold then this is great ! But I wanted something with a stronger hold. My curls always looked great though and the price is good for the product. Smells great too. I actually started purchasing this after influencer sent me it to try !
