High Quality Vitamin D3

I've been taking this version for several years. IF one is doing this, one should also take MK-7 with this effective Vitamin D3. I take one in the morning and one in the evening since I don't spend much time in the sun. I use the flu season to determine my dosage. IF one gets sick during the flu season while taking Vitamin D3, then increase dosage. That is how I determined how much Vitamin D3 to take daily. This stuff works for me and it helps keep me well.

Will purchase again

With the importance of Vitamin D to help protect against Covid19, the Solar D Gems are a very good and economical way to get the amount needed, especially if you don't spend a lot of time outside.

Carlson Reputable Brand

Research backs this as a reliable product. New guidelines indicate the dosage can be 10,000 IU daily. So I wish Swanson carried the 10,000 IU product that other sites have.

Carlson Solar D Gems are Top of the Line.

If you research types of Vitamin D you will see very quickly that this product is the best of the best. This vitamin D is made with cod liver oil. Even if you can't get in the sun, you can still get Solar. Favorite product, great price ,great company.

The only Vitamin D I can take

Carlson Labs are known for their high quality products. Having been in the pharmaceutical industry for over 20 years, I will only purchase products I know to be reputable. I have seen several dosing recommendations regarding Vitamin D. The literature doesn't support taking over 2,000 iu/day, which what I'm currently taking. Carlson's is the only Vitamin D supplement that doesn't cause me to have a headache vs. what is available at the pharmacy or stores. I highly recommend any Carlson product, especially their Omega 3 supplement.

Very satisfied with this brand

Vitamin D3 is now being recommended at much higher doses. Carlson D solar capsules have 4000 iu of D3 plus 500mg of Norweigian cod liver oil. A perfect combo all in one capsule. Easy to swallow. Have been taking this brand for several years and never had an after taste. It is my brand of clhoice.

Great product

My D level was pathetic. A Dr. recommended Carlson Solar Gems. These helped boost my level by a factor of three! Swanson's price is great as well - tough combination to beat.

I give these to my father-in-law. He gets a high potency of vitamin D, and some cod liver oil, in a smaller softgel. Most essential fatty acid softgels are large or huge, and he doesn't like big pills.
