best fish oil!

I would recommend taking this with food and a drink because the taste can be overwhelming and gross at first. However, this is definitely one of the better fish oils on the market because it’s organic and actually safe. I’ve definitely noticed a difference in my acne and overall health- I don’t seem to get headaches as often since taking this. You also do get use to the taste and it doesn’t really bother me because I take it and then drink water/eat right after. I also don’t get the fish burps or have experienced any negative side effects. 10/10 for sure!

Good for kids

This product has a good taste. Good for those who hate swallowing capsules. Only 1/2 tsp will give you large amount omega 3.

Better Taste

I givet his to my 8 year old son, and he takes it without hesitancy. We used to use a different product, and he likes this one much better.
