This is actually so good.
I do not like storebought alfredo, or storebought cream-based sauces of any variety usually. However, this had great reviews and was on sale so I thought I would give it a try. I was surprisingly impressed with the flavor, consistency, and reheatability of this sauce. I will totally buy it again.

BEST Alfredo Sauce!
Finding a good Alfredo sauce is not easy. There are a ton of brands to choose from. Up until now, the best I've found was Buitoni (it's refrigerated though, so you have to use it quick). I tried Carbone Alfredo Sauce for the first time a couple of weeks ago. It is, hands down, the best Alfredo sauce I have ever tasted! I purchased it again, cooked it last night ... and again ... amazing! I highly recommend Carbone sauces, they are all great in their own way ... but the Alfredo is my favorite. I don't usually write reviews, but this time I went out of my way to find their website just so I could leave a review.

Wish Ingredients were better
If this didn’t have xanthan gum and modified corn starch, I would definitely give it a try. On the contrary, their tomato and basil and marinara sauces are amazing and with no crap ingredients!

Shrimp Alfredo
Was creamy and not too strong of a cheese taste I prefer it like that. I sautéed shrimp with olive oil and a little butter and fresh pressed garlic then poured sauce over simmered for about 10 minutes yummmmm :)

Not to the standards Carbone has set with their other sauces. While i can prepare my own Alfredo using cream & Parmesan, I was curious how Carbones Alfredo would taste and it for me was not edible. And I’ve dined at Carbone a few times too

Not sure why the price point is so high for a jar of alfredo sauce. I gave it a try to compare to other brands and it’s not worth the $6 difference that you can buy the store brand alfredo for.

Did not care for this at all. The sauce is thin, and the cheaper brands are actually much better, if you have to have a jarred alfredo. I LOVE the Carbone marinara, so I gave this a try...

Creamy and delicious

Taste's just as good as homemade!

Deliciously Creamy and Rich!

The texture is incredibly smooth, and it has the perfect balance of creaminess and rich flavor. You can really taste the quality ingredients—unlike many alfredo sauces on the market that taste "manufactured". I used mine with pan fried potato gnocchi and added in bits of prosciutto -- absolutely delicious and as good as in a quality restaurant. If you're looking for a restaurant-quality Alfredo sauce that you can enjoy at home, Carbone is it! Highly recommend!

So delicious!

And when you consider the price of buying all of the ingredients to make it yourself.. It's worth the shelf price at my local Meijer store. Restaurant Quality

This Alfredo does not taste like a runny sauce but more like an essential ingredient to the dish. Carbone has a full line and I already went out to purchase the vodka sauce as well.

Easy to make for lunch, dinner
