Excellent still-image capabilities start with its 24.1 Megapixel APS-C size CMOS Image sensor and DIGIC 8 processor, along with Dual Pixel CMOS AF with the ability to detect human faces and focus on their eyes. The EOS R100 also can record Full HD video at up to 60 frames per second, and detailed, high-res 4K from the central area of the sensor at 24 frames per second. The versatility and small size of the RF-S18-45mm F4.5-6.3 IS STM lens gives you the flexibility you desire without taking up your whole camera bag. The RF-S55-210mm F5-7.1 IS STM provides added range with outstanding telephoto zoom coverage.

My R100 has the speed and features for travel and daily use

I still use my "big" Canon cameras - my faithful older models - for situations where I may need a specific feature. But I purchased the complete two lens R100 kit for easier, faster packing and quick use during my travels. I have to say, this little go-to wonder excels at that. Best of all, it was priced at a really great value! I leave the camera out all the time: on a desktop or counter, for quick-grab shooting around the house. When I'm not using the kit lenses, I often adapt my Canon EF, EF-S, optics and my various film era lenses as well for fun and slower-paced "contemplative" photography. I am thankful Canon understands that the "right" camera can mean many things to many people. My R100 has all the built-in features I need and more for my purposes. After all, it's not the size of the camera in the shoot; it's the size of the shoot in the camera.

Canon EOS R 100 Mirrorless review

Got this for my birthday and was quite surprised at all of the functionality that this little camera has. Extremely lightweight and has Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity to your phone iPad or computer. It will record in raw and jpeg or both.
