Dark shadow in photo
When I used EF-M 11-22mm lens with either M6 or M50 for selfie, there was a dark shadow in the photo due to the internal flash is not high enough. The shadow was the flash light was blocked by the lens body. It did not happen in other EOS DSLR camera when I used EF or EFS lens before.

Best value Ultra Wide Lens
Bought this lens in Hong Kong when it first came out. I used this lens on EOS M1. Super small and light weight, making it the perfect combo for travel. On the original M, focus is super fast and quiet. Photo qualoty is excellent, very sharp. One minor issue: To make the lens more compact, Canon put a lock button on the lens. When the lens is fully retracted, you won't be able to shoot and there is a warning message to remaind you to unlock the lens.

Great lens
I purchased this lens on 6/6/2014 in Japan along with the M2 and all of the then available lenses. Like the rest of the M series lenses, it is incredibly sharp and amazingly small. The focal length is a shot saver in confined areas. I've used this lens in low light conditions and come away with beautiful panoramics.
