The included 2-5/16-inch hitch ball is pre-installed and rated for up to 15,000 pounds, ensuring a secure and reliable connection from the start. At the core of the TR3 system is Camco’s patented Consistent Sway Control technology, delivering constant sway resistance through a clamp-adjusted design. This system allows the sway control feature to be turned off when reversing or when navigating icy, wet, or tight conditions. Once the trailer moves beyond 5 degrees, the sway control automatically re-engages, maintaining steady handling without manual resets. Unlike traditional chain-style setups, the TR3 uses a quiet, no-noise mechanism that avoids the clunking, creaking, and metal-on-metal wear common in older designs.
