Horrible product.It breaks with no replacement part

Dropped this ball retriever on the grass and the plastic part broke. No replacement parts….

Worked great for a while. Then the plastic bar broke off and now its worthless.

First off, didn't take long for the head cover zipper to break. The ball retreiving mechanism is mostly plastic. Didn't take long for that part to break either. Not very durable. I did like it while it worked. Useless now.

This is "absolutely" the best ball retriever my husband and I have ever used. We have been playing for about 14 years. We have had every ball retriever imaginable and none ever worked as smoothly and retrieved balls so effortlessly as this one. We play on a private course which is rife with water hazards. Nice to be able to retrieve your own balls, as well as pick up a few extras along the way. I would buy this one again - no question. Spend the money - you will be glad you did.

After using App. ten times the top two sections would not lock, so the tool is now useless.

This is a great retriever and really extends so it's good for a few balls per round. But it's too heavy to keep in the bag if you carry your bag or even if you have a caddy. About a month after it was given to me, as I took the cover off, the line between the dual zippers caught the plastic pin holding the ball catching mechanism and broke it off. It still worked fine for a year until someone else took the cover off and broke the other pin. Now it's useless. The mechanism is stainless steel but the pins are flimsy plastic. Poor design.

I am new to golf but can see why people become addicted. This retriever will pay for itself after awhile. It was a gift from my dad and we both used it when we were in Houston. There were water hazards every where. Has a pretty decent reach and it also is good if the ball is caught in some brush.

Best ball retriever ever. Great extention. Picks balls easily and holds them
