Decent for hold
I bought this because I was hoping it would be very moisturizing as others have said. However, I do not find it to be moisturizing at all. It actually doesn't seem to have any difference on a fact, either way on the dryness of my hair. However, I use this for heat protection before I use a curling iron, and I will say that it seems to help hold the curl in an amazing way. It's odd that others have commented that it doesn't help for styling, but for me not only does it help the curls come out nicer but they last well into the second day with hardly any touchup needed. Even on the second day when I do touch up with the curling iron and the curl holds much better than usual. So as long as it protects from heat, like it says it does, I will keep using it.

This smooths out hair texture
I"m 55 abd color my hair. It has texture but this softens tge frizz better than anything I've used. It takes less than a dime size product for shoulder length fine hair but it holds the shape with far less frizz. I received a sample with an ukta purchase and a travel tube had it. I love Aveda but I switched to this instead of phomolient

Mixed Feelings
This product gives me major mixed feelings. On one hand, its a lightweight cream thats actually lightweight which is hard to find for fine, wavy low porosity hair. On the other hand, i tried applying this on wet, damp, and dry hair and it would give me amazing curl definition and then an hour later my hair would be frizzy, dry, clumpy looking and when i would brush out the clumps it would be tangled and knotted. This leaves your hair soft but somehow unmanageable at the same time and has no hold whatsoever. For the price i feel like it could be a lot better. I might return it idk but i dont think id repurchase

Unexpectedly awesome
I got a sample of this from ULTA in one of those "gift with purchase" bags and decided to use it on a whim one day on my curly, blonde, unruly hair. It managed my frizz really well and didn't make my hair feel too weighed down while keeping the integrity of my curls intact.

My first use
This styling cream is nice-smelling, and not heavy texture. Since my shouldered-length hair is a kind of dry, grey-aged and fine, but it really does leave my hair manageable, soft and hydrated.

Quick factoid about me: 2a/2b hair, bleached, thin So ive been on a hair care journey and ive been trying to find products that actually hold my wavy hair. Ive tried other gels, mousses, creams, sprays…. You name it theres a chance i have tried it. I mix a small amount with a mousse i really enjoy and let me tell you…. This really helped my hair. My hair smells great, my waves hold, and it helps the frizz a bit. I like to use it on my day 2/3 hair too and it still works great. When i diffuse my hair i usually like to keep it low/cool. Honestly i really enjoy this product and its rare that i give something 5 stars.

Game changer for dry frizz prone hair
I have what some refer to as Irish curls, waves here and there and straight. It's also naturally silver. It's prone to breakage and dryness, first time out yes a little goes a long way, I have shine and body to my hair.

Low porosity beware!
I have thick 3a/3b curls and no matter how much/little I use, this cream just sits on top of my hair. Every time I heat style after using I see an alarming amount of build up on my flat iron, which then burns (I use 350 and this is advertised to protect up to 450) and makes my hair smell awful even when wiping my iron every few passes (which is a shame because this smells so so lovely otherwise!).

Won't buy again
Last time I bought styling cream from B&B was in 2015. They've changed the formula since then. It doesn't have the hold after blow drying as it did before. The product scent doesn't stand out either.

Tried this for a recent trip and will definitely purchase the full-size. Love that it has heat-protection and I was surprised at how soft it left my hair. And it's not heavy and has a nice light scent. Two thumbs up!

Amazing!
This cream get rid of any frizziness in my 3B curly hair and leaves it super shiny and moisturized. I always get comments about how great my hair smells. I do use a gel along with the cream for hold.

Not fond of it
Love their products, but this one missed the mark. Smells good, hydrating, but has no styling properties at all. No hold, so doesn't aid in styling, but smell and hydration are probably good for hair with more texture than mine.

Left my hair dull and I wouldn't get a refund
I used this product on wet hair, on towel dried hair on soaking wet hair on dry hair (which seemed to work a little bit) but i never got that nice look or shine EVER. I bought it in Ulta and since they return police is 30 days now they wouldn't process my return. So I spent about $38 for a product that did nothing to my hair and I had to keep it because I opened my Chritsmas box in January and started using a month after I bought it. Total disappointment :(

Didn't do anything good to my hair
I tried to return this product but Ulta changed her policy and they wouldn't accept it after 30 days. I used it 3 times to see if I could see any good result but nothing happened. It didn't add any shine; it wouldn't give a nice shape to my hair and I had to use A LOT to feel it could maybe do something. Either way, leaving my hair looking lifeless was the worst for me. What do I do now with a bottle almost full of that? totally disappointed.

Deflates volume
I am a big BB fan, so I tried this product on my short wavy hair, which I blow-dry with a brush. Above all my style requires volume, and I constantly am looking for a product that delivers both volume and shine (many volumizers remove shine). I thought this product might work, but it doesn't: it does add shine but adds no volume or shape, and, worse, it deflates any volume that I am able to get from any other product used in combination (mousse, gel). I don't want soft hair, don't want curl - I want volume that retains the shape that I get from blowdrying. This has the opposite effect.
