Solid for the vacuum function, not for close trimm

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So the vacuum function of this trimmer works very well, hardly any hair escapes to fall on the counter. It serves it’s purpose if you are trying to cut down to around a .5 or so. However, for real close trimming it doesn’t do a great job. The metal/plastic blade combo means it is not getting as close as other trimmers are able to. For a nice stubble look it is great but for anything truly close it leaves a lot to be desired.

Vacuuums in the right situation.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Brookstone vacuum trimmer works best with minimal hair trimming. Anything more and it will fill to quickly or not be able to vacuum enough. It is a hair trimmer and so does not have some of the extra parts for shaving a beard, doing nose hair, etc. The wide mouth and variable speeds do make for a quicker trim. The battery power level is also useful to know if you’ll make it through your haircut before you run out of juice.

Fantastic Hair Trimmer!

The vacuum feature is a game changer for easy cleanup especially when you just want to do a quick touch up on your beard. Can't beat the value for this trimmer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was very impressed with this hair trimmer. It vacuums as you cut so a lot less mess to clean up. Also it's rechargeable so it's very convenient to take it wherever you need it. It comes with 4 different guards and it just has a good feel to it. It's super quiet compared to other trimmers I've used. I would recommend this because it gets the job done and it's a lot cheaper than others.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This trimmer is ok for maybe trimming a not so thick beard or not so long hair. If you have a big bushy beard or longer hair the vacuum part fills up rather fast. But it does its job and trims hair and will vacuum up a small amount of hair before requiring removal.
