Great product
Saw this cooler at friend's place and thought that it's a good idea to replace my old cooler at home. Works great! Love the high and smooth dispensing flow! Insane design and very comfortable. Doesn't need bottled water but requires drain connection for the Reverse Osmosis version.

Make sure you have a drain handy.
Unfortunate for me, i forgot to plan for a line to drain. Now I need a plumber.
