A: Please don't infer on your front label that it's a natural ice cream when you add Tara gum as a thickener. Guar gum, Tara gum, carrageenan, etc. don't belong in quality 'natural' ice cream.

A: They’re stating that the information of what’s in the ice cream is on here, but it is not. I looked at every single picture and video and the calories carbs, sugar and ingredients are not listed.

A: Thank you for reaching out. Some Breyers products do contain Corn Syrup or High Fructose Corn Syrup, please consult the ingredient statements, it will be clearly listed. Corn Syrup and High Fructose Corn Syrup are natural sweeteners made from corn, and their makeup is very similar to table sugar and honey. This product doesn't contain Corn Syrup or High Fructose Corn Syrup. We hope this helps.

Where is Chocolate Chip, my top choice?
Like Vanilla but my all time favorite is Chocolate Chip which none of the stores around here carry any more. Which I find extremely disappointing and has effected my ice purchasing.

Buyer beware. Like thousands of others, I too miss the old recipe. There was no store bought ice cream that could compare to the ORIGINAL natural vanilla flavor recipe. It's hard to stand out from the pack with just vanilla ice cream but they did. Now there's no reason to buy their ice cream --the taste and textuere is horrible. Whatever money they are saving by adding the stabilizers and emulsifiers and taking away vanilla to put "flavoring" is most likely causing them to lose a lot more than they save. Horrible business and customer service decision. My family and I would be a regular customers again with old recipe back.

Where has the Vanilla gone?
Breyers Natural Vanilla was our gold star Ice Cream. It was natural, creamy with the perfect vanilla balance. Why are the natural ingredients that made it so good--Gone? Please bring back the original. It was the only ice cream for our family. We are now on a search for another! It's a sad day!

The new carton design doesn't say non GMO. Also what is Tara gum? It was better without it. It is the only ice cream brand and flavor I will buy because of it's non GMO and basic ingredients.

Total change of flavor/texture
I took one bite of the one and only Byers’s Natural Vanilla and realized it now tastes like all other vanilla ice cream fake or real ice cream. The texture is completely different as well, which is the most noticeable difference. So… guess what??? The terrific recipe HAS been changed. You can take this to the bank, I will never again buy Breyers, as this WAS their only product with a great taste/texture.

Nope! This ice cream lost a lot of customers.
This was my favorite childhood ice cream until they changed the ingredients. Milk, sugar, cream, and vanilla bean. That was it. The tasted is completely different now thanks to their desire to add chemicals to a once beautifully simple product. Yuck! I periodically check the website to see if they’ve changed back. Nope! No thank you.

Let me fix the blurb Breyers has for this product: Not Our Original Vanilla Ice Cream. The way vanilla shouldn't taste, since there's no vanilla bean in the recipe anymore!
