Q: How do you customize the plates? Are there pictures of what other wordings are on the plates ?
A: No customization. Just the one plate. I think what they mean is that you can customize your books. The plates do not remove. Also this isn't for thin pages like most books are. Will tear your books if so, must be thick pages.

Q: So despite what the description says, am I to understand that the plate is not actually customizable? The only way to customize this is by writing your name? Wow - that makes the description a lie.
A: Yes, it is not actually customizable. Ripped my books too.
