Boys' Pull-On Fleece Sweatpants - Cat & Jack™ Black XS

I bought this sweatpants for my son and they are very good quality. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because they could be slightly longer on the legs. My son just turned 12 and he is an average high but the XL/14 years size I bought for him is a bit short, so could benefit for a couple of extra inches on the legs. That said, I am happy with the product and would recommend it.

These jogger pants are the best. I think that my grandson has every color made. They are great for everyday wear and super easy to put on and comfortable!!!!

True to size

These boys pull on fleece sweatpants are a favorite in our house. The fit is true to size and easy for him to pull on and off himself. The material is soft and comfortable without feeling bulky. The quality and durability are great and they hold up well to frequent wear and washing. My picky kid is genuinely happy when one of his pairs of these sweats is clean, which says a lot.

I’m an adult lady (vanity sizing has relegated me to the kids section). I was attracted to the simple style of the sets that can be made with these zip up hoodies & matching sweat pants. I liked the relaxed fit, not-cropped hoodie, basic colors and fits-me sizing. I’m 5”2”-ish, 95lb-ish, and got size large in both this zip-up hoodie and matching sweatpants, a brown set and a green set. (I’m making one combined review for both pieces). Usually $12 per item, I took advantage of a 25% discount and paid $9 per item, $36 total for the two sets. Had these items been offered in the women’s section, I’m confident that prices would be minimum $55/set $(25 pants, $30 zip-up). Zip-up Hoodie Review: for the price, okay. On a fleece thickness scale of “plush to thin”, I’d put it between midpoint & thin. It’s not lined, not doubled up (well, there’s a front pocket, which technically makes layers of fabric), which is why it leans thin. Fine, mostly. The hood would really benefit from another layer. It’s the one part that gives me “cheap” vibes.* I use the hood. The single fleece layer, with ≈3/4” “overlock finish + turn & topstitch” edge” feels meager, unsubstantial. The lack of the ubiquitous hoodie drawstring (perhaps it’s for kid safety?) accentuates the “cheapness” of the hood. Size large is fine (keep in mind that I’m an adult). I enjoy a b Compared to the typical hood build of sweatshirt hoods, with two layers of fleece constructed from one larger cut of fleece, doubled over, the fold edge serving as the “tunnel” for the drawstring, loose ends pulled through grommets. TLDR: Fine for price, hood lacking. I like slack in hoodie fit so an XL may have been a better choice? But I was concerned that excess width might result in an overly-sloppy look. $8 price good, $12 meh okay, more than $12 - consider better quality options. Sweatpants Review: much better than hoodie! I got a size large. Although prices are identical, the sweatpants are much improved in construction, feel and quality. Same material, yet detail in the design manages to create a plush look and feel, nothing lacking. Waistband is wide and sturdy with both quality elastic AND a functional drawstring. Side pockets are a wholly separate build, matching jersey pocket inserted into the fleece pant gives heft in feel to the pant upper, but doesn’t create bulk. (A pocket closure mechanism would be even better, as heavy items can slip out of smooth flexible pocket. But that’s asking a lot, I suppose.) The ankle elastic feels equally sturdy, encased in the fleece pant hem. I might have been fine with a medium, instead of large. I’m thin and the waist and pant legs are a bit wide, however a medium might be lacking in pant length - since I’m an adult. TLDR: Pants are awesome. Much higher quality design a d construction than hoodie. Plush and durable. Definitely recommend! TLDR: $8 awesome, $12 great, $18 max acceptable price.

After second washing and first time in the dryer ( I almost always hang dry). And it was on low heat. You could see the knee patch ( that’s on the inside to add for reinforcing) on the outside! It was all bumpy. Pretty disappointed as they have barely been worn. Not worth taking back! Just be aware.

The super soft but each color is a different blend of fabric. The brown is more cotton while the grey is all polyester. Making this an iffy product because I’m not sure if the tag is messed up or it’s just the colors. It would be nice if all the colors were the same materials.

I give 4 stars because after washing the reinforced knee patches show through and show a wrinkled fabric look on outside although the knees haven’t ripped which is great you see that wrinkled material which gives a shabby look ugh

My son is on the spectrum and these sweats are very easy for him to put on and they’re very comfortable. He has them in every color. So happy that they come in husky as well!

Kids like these sweatpants because they are very comfortable.

Warm and comfy. My child wore these sweatpants in the middle of winter and didn’t complain about being cold. We were in Chicago at the time they were worn, winter can be tough out there.

Horrible pilling. These pants are such a huge disappointment. The older version of these lasted through THREE BOYS. THREE! These haven't even last two washes - they look like completely garbage. Don't buy!!!!
