BOSU Balance Pods XL - 2pk

I had been using the smaller pids that came out first and loving them. When these came out I couldn't wait to try them. At first I wasn't sure I liked the larger size. Takes a whole different balance system in my body to use them. I thought being so big would be easier, but being use to the small ones these just swallowed up my feet with their bigger size and I was struggling to stay put on the larger squishy surface. Now I love them. I use my arms to get balanced and then add my 4.4 Bosu balance bar. If I start tilting at any point I use balance bar upright on floor a few seconds to hold on and regain my posture. Then I hop from these pods to smaller pods, keeping posture straight, smiling as I have fun with one of my workouts. Love what Bosu does for my balance thus posture.
