Directions Adults and children 1 year of age and older: Apply a thin layer of Arnicare Cream to affected area and massage gently as soon as possible after minor injury up to 3 times a day. If heat or ice is applied, wait 5 minutes before applying Arnicare Cream, Children under 1 year of age: Not recommended.

Works Well

My son was acting silly on his bed during winter break and he bumped his eyeball lid bad w his with his own knee from rocking back and forth laying down and ice pack and heat treatment didn’t work for the first 3 days well I got this did this 3* a day morning afternoon and evening for 5 days now and it’s definitely working but I do recommend continue doing cold and warm compress after 5-7 minutes of applying a pea size amount goes a long way

Lifesaver for arthritis!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This has been a lifesaver for arthritis in my hands. I first sampled it as a help for swelling and pain on bruises but later tried it on painful knuckles from arthritis and it significantly reduces the pain!!! Sold for like on this.

It works

This stuff is great! I had knee pain at work and a coworker whipped this stuff out. I was skeptical, but it did help relieve the pain. I like to use on neck and hip pain. Wish I could take a bath in it.

Great product to rub out the soreness

I love Arnicare Gel, Cream and Arthritis Cream - most days I use at least one of them. They help me with any aches and pains, help heal bruises quicker, and helps alleviate arthritis pain. Good for so many things! I do have one problem with the Arnicare Cream - the metal tube is awful, very hard to squeeze for someone with arthritis in their hands. Are you going to change it?? I like to alternate the gel and cream but don't think I can do that anymore.

Arnica (in many forms) is an essential for me

I am never without arnica. A tiny capsule of homeopathic pills in my bag, cream in my medicine chest, and in my bodywork office. For a quarter of a century, I've relied on it for muscle aches and tension, and in my office it helps my clients by letting me go a bit more specific in areas that are bothering them. My hard-working son uses it for the soreness of physical challenges as well.

Relief!!!!!

I was in a car accident and banged my arm up pretty bad. It was swollen and sore. My son told me about this product. It gave me so much relief from the pain! I couldn’t believe how well it worked. I definitely would recommend this product for muscle pain.
