Ingredients?
What type of millet does it contain? As far as I know, there are varieties of millet which differ in nutritional content.

How do the specialty gluten free flours work out in a bread machine? My grandson was just diagnosed celiac and needs gluten free bread for sandwiches.

Fuller stomach for longer periods
Millet flour is a healthier option that keeps you full for a longer period of time. Water used to make Bread dough must be hot for better results.

Millet flour option
I appreciate the option of millet flour for my gluten-free diet. I use it with other gluten-free flours to create great cookies and a good cornbread. Baking is a scientific formulaic process. Millet works to create baked goods that rise, that have a good texture and weight when needed.

Great gluten-free bread!
I used the millet flour and cassava flour to make gluten-free bread. The best flour combo yet. Tasted great. This was the first time that I have baked with millet flour and I'm sure that's what resulted in amazing taste of the bread. I will now try it with other gluten-free baking.

Well, I am now stuck with half dozen packages of millet flour I do not want to use -- unlike most all of Bob's Red Mill products, the millet flour is not organic. Had I seen this when I ordered the product, I would not have purchased it.

I used your millet flour in a gluten free bread recipe. The millet has a nice mild taste, somewhat like cornbread. My husband, who has no gluten intolerance, thinks it tastes better than wheat bread and is urging me to bake more bread so we both enjoy it!
