This is not 100% wheat germ
Good afternoon! Bought wheat germ bran. and it turned out to be 50 % wheat bran and 50% wheat germ. Why don't you write something mixed on the package? I am from a country where they know what 100% rye bran and wheat germ without mix is. So I can tell one from the other.

RAW WHEAT GERM
I have been using Bob's Raw Wheat Germ for years now and i must say it is very healthy and has fiber in it. I use it in my pancake batter to make it thicker.

Replace empty caloric bread crumbs
Because of it's nutritional value, I use Bob's Red Mill Wheat Germ instead of bread crumbs in all my recipes. I add seasoning to the wheat germ and toss in my chicken wings for breaded hot wings, chicken franchese, eggplant parm, or any other recipe that calls for breading. I also use it in soups to add flavor and thickening. Honestly, it's the one thing in my kitchen that I would be lost without.

The best part of the wheat
I am trying new recipes using the bread maker. The "buttermilk rolls" called for wheat germ. Although the rolls turned out to be rather oddly shaped, they tasted delicious.

Lots of wheat germ
I ordered during a busy special and I thought I selected 2 bags- but I got 2 cases! I’m using quite a bit in my weekly loaves now, so I am glad to have the extra!! It’s a nice product and my bread turns out great.

Missing my wheat germ
I absolutely love using wheat germ in various items as bread, pancakes and oatmeal. I’ve previously purchased it at my grocery store but had been unable to get it there. So I decided to order direct from the company. I received my order yesterday and was so pleased to open my package to find wheat germ. Yea!
