One size which does not fit most

Wondering why they give size options because the shirt only comes in one size. Ordered for grandad THREE times! Tried Large, Medium, and Small in that order. All shirts are the same size and not a traditional men's large/ XL more like a big and tall size L or XL. Don't waste your time like I did waiting for delivery and having to bring a item for a refund.
