Overpriced
I bought this for my daughter and it is way overpriced. The skirt was fraying when I pulled it out of the package. It is not going to last long at all. More of a $15 outfit than a $60+

Lost Then Found
This item was declared lost during delivery and Target quickly refunded me saying if it did arrive I get to keep this item. A week after the email was sent it was delivered! My daughter loves the Tull skirt and after a few washes it hasn’t weathered. Any bluey theme outfits from target are always 5 star, wish I could add more for customer service.
